WOLE's AI looks up your products, orders, policies, pages and FAQ before it replies, and each answer about your store has to cite what it found. When it finds nothing, it says it doesn't know and offers to bring in your team.
People stay in charge of the hard conversations
Refunds, upset shoppers and sensitive topics go to a person by default. You can add rules of your own, set business hours, and take over or hand back any chat from one shared inbox. A shopper can always ask for a person.
