What is a credit?
Credits measure how much AI work WOLE does for you.
One credit is about one AI reply
Many replies cost less than a credit.
Drafts for your team count
When a teammate uses Draft with AI in the inbox, that uses credits too.
These are free
The Sandbox, training your AI, and replies that failed and went to your team don't use credits.
They reset every cycle
Credits reset every 30-day cycle and don't roll over.
When credits run out
You decide what happens next. Nothing is charged unless you turn it on.
By default
New questions go to your team, and the inbox says why. WOLE emails the store owner at 80% of your credits and at 100%.
If you turn on Keep answering
Each extra 1,000 credits costs $10, billed by Shopify with your plan. You can set a monthly spend cap, and WOLE also emails the store owner when you reach the cap.
Keep answering needs a paid plan and isn't available during a trial.
Pricing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You change plans in Shopify's billing page from inside the app, and WOLE picks up the new plan from Shopify.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each plan's credits reset at the start of every 30-day cycle.
What happens on the Free plan when credits run out?
New questions go to your team, and the inbox says why. Paying for extra credits needs a paid plan.
Does testing in the Sandbox use credits?
No. The Sandbox runs the real AI on your store's data for free, up to 20 tests a day on Free and more on paid plans.
How am I billed?
Monthly, through your Shopify bill. Any extra credits you allow are billed by Shopify alongside your plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There's no contract. Switch to the Free plan from Shopify's billing page inside the app, or uninstall WOLE, and Shopify stops billing the subscription.
