AI chat for electronics stores

WOLE answers compatibility, spec, stock and warranty questions from your live catalog and your own documents, knows which product the shopper is viewing, and hands faulty-item cases to your team.

Example chat: WOLE greets the shopper and offers three quick replies: Where is my order?, Will this fit my device? and Return policy. The shopper asks whether it will fit their device, WOLE asks which device, and for a 13-inch laptop answers that the sleeve is listed for 13-inch laptops and Gray is in stock, based on your compatibility guide.

What your shoppers ask

Six questions that come up again and again, how WOLE answers each one, and where that answer comes from.

  • A shopper asks: Will this fit my device?

It's one of WOLE's default quick replies. WOLE answers from the compatibility lists in your FAQ, pages or uploaded files, for the product the shopper is viewing. If your content doesn't cover the device, it says so and offers your team.

    Add compatibility lists
  • A shopper asks: What's the battery life on this one?

WOLE reads the product's options and the first 300 characters of its description. Upload full spec sheets or manuals (PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD) and it answers detailed spec questions from them.

    Upload spec sheets
  • A shopper asks: Is the 256 GB version in stock?

Stock is read live from Shopify for every variant. WOLE answers with a product card where the shopper picks the variant and adds it to your store's own cart.

  • A shopper asks: What does the warranty cover?

Put your warranty terms in an FAQ answer or on a store page, and WOLE answers from them. Where an FAQ answer and a page disagree, your FAQ answer wins.

    Write FAQ answers
  • A shopper asks: Where's my order?

WOLE shows an order card with the status, carrier, tracking link and delivery progress: in transit, out for delivery, delivered, attempted or failed.

    Order lookups
  • A shopper asks: It arrived broken. Can I get a refund?

WOLE can explain your returns policy, but a refund request, or an upset shopper, goes to your team. The shopper can attach a photo, and your teammate sees it in the thread.

Set up for your store

Electronics shoppers ask about orders and returns as well as specs, so Home + tabs fits well: a Track my order block, and a Common questions block with your warranty and returns answers. For a small range, Chat only with quick replies like “Will this fit my device?” is enough.

  • Chat only

The bubble opens straight into the chat.

  • Home + tabs

Home with Track my order and Common questions, plus Chat and Help tabs.

  • Single hub

One scrolling page of blocks, with the chat opening over it.

Questions from electronics stores

Where does WOLE get compatibility answers?

From what you give it: FAQ answers, store pages, links and uploaded files such as compatibility lists or manuals. If none of them covers the device, WOLE says so and offers your team.

Can I upload spec sheets and manuals?

Yes. PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD files up to 10 MB each, 3 on Free, up to 100 on Scale. WOLE reads the text and answers from it.

Does it show live stock?

Yes. Products are read from Shopify when the shopper asks, including stock for each variant, and shown as cards with Add to cart.

What happens with a faulty item?

WOLE can explain your warranty and returns policy. A refund request, or a shopper who is upset, goes to your team.
