Products, orders and promotions work from the first message, because WOLE reads them from Shopify each time a shopper asks. Your refund, shipping, terms and contact policies and your published pages come in by sync: press Sync now, and WOLE syncs them again every night.

Size charts, care guides, warranty terms: upload them as files, or paste the link to a page. WOLE reads each link as a single page; it doesn't crawl your whole site, so you decide exactly what it knows.

Brand voice
Make it sound like your store
Pick one of four tones, or, on a paid plan, write voices of your own with example exchanges. Draft examples can write those examples for you. A live preview shows sample replies as you change things.

Before shoppers see anything, ask the Sandbox what they would ask. For each turn it tells you what happened and why: answered, partly covered, not answered, handed off. It has no page or cart, and it tests chat rather than email, but it shows what your knowledge covers and where it falls short.

Questions about AI training
Does WOLE learn from the whole internet?
No. It answers from your store: live products, orders and promotions, your synced policies and pages, your FAQ answers, and the files and links you add, plus your house rules.
Do I have to sync my policies and pages?
Yes. WOLE reads them by syncing, so press Sync now in AI Training. After that it syncs them every night, and again whenever you approve new access for the app.
Can I import FAQ answers from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import a CSV of up to 200 rows at a time, either added to your existing answers or replacing them, with a preview first. You can also export your answers to CSV.
Can it crawl my whole website?
No. You add links, 3 on Free, up to 100 on Scale, and WOLE reads each one as a single page. It refreshes them with the nightly sync.
Does testing in the Sandbox cost anything?
No. The Sandbox runs the real AI on your real knowledge and settings, and it uses no credits.
