AI chat for furniture and home stores

WOLE answers the questions that come before and after a big purchase: dimensions, materials, delivery and order progress. It answers from your catalog, pages and files, and hands returns to your team.

Example chat: a shopper asks how deep the sofa is, and WOLE answers 92 cm deep and 210 cm wide, based on the product being viewed. The shopper asks where order #2318 is, WOLE asks for the email used to order, then shows an order card: out for delivery with Northline Post.

What your shoppers ask

Six questions that come up again and again, how WOLE answers each one, and where that answer comes from.

  • A shopper asks: How wide is this sofa, and what's the fabric?

On a product page, WOLE looks up the product being viewed. It reads the first 300 characters of the description, so keep full dimensions and material details on a store page or in an uploaded file.

    Add pages and files
  • A shopper asks: Do you deliver to a third-floor apartment?

WOLE answers delivery questions from your shipping policy, pages and FAQ. If none of them covers delivery to upper floors, it says it doesn't have that information and offers your team.

    Train it on your policies
  • A shopper asks: Will this fit through my door?

WOLE can give the item's measurements from your product details and pages, so the shopper can compare. Anything it can't answer from your content gets a Talk to a person button instead of a guess.

  • A shopper asks: When will my order arrive?

WOLE shows an order card with the status, carrier, tracking link and delivery progress, from out for delivery to delivered or a failed attempt.

    Order lookups
  • A shopper asks: Do you have assembly instructions?

Upload your assembly guides as PDFs, or add links to the pages that hold them, and WOLE answers assembly questions from them.

    Upload guides
  • A shopper asks: Can I return a sofa?

WOLE explains your return policy for large items. When the chat turns to a refund or money already paid, it hands the conversation to your team.

  • Home + tabs

Home with Track my order and Common questions, plus Chat and Help tabs.

  • Single hub

One scrolling page of blocks, with the chat opening over it.

Upload the guide as a PDF or add a link to the page that holds it, and WOLE answers assembly questions from it.

Who handles returns of large items?
